In the hopes of carrying out all the aspects of our existence, the people of Lighthouse Baptist Church have formed the following ministries:

• Ministries of Worship:
  • Corporate worship services
  • Services for the ordinances
  • Prayer services and bulletins
  • Music ministries like choir, instruments and vocal

• Ministries of Outreach:
  • Missionary Support teams & Missionary prayer services
  • "Foundation Laying" Bible studies
  • "Bridge Building" Activities

• Ministries of Relationships:
  • C.A.R.E. teams aimed at visitor retention
  • Growth Groups - in-home Bible studies
  • Koinonia Groups - informal fellowship times
  • "Let's Get Acquainted" Classes

• Ministries of Discipleship
  • Adult Bible Study - formal meeting on Sunday mornings
  • Ministries to children and parents - age related classes on Sunday mornings (e.g. nursery, Sunday School and Junior Church)
  • Teens R.O.C.K group - establishing and equipping teens for life
  • Teacher Training seminars

• Ministries of Stewardship:
  • Son-shine Teams - meeting needs after surgeries, babies, weddings, etc.
  • Benevolent Fund ministries - aimed at meeting physical and financial needs within the church family
  • Community Impact Teams - aimed at building relationships within the community through community service related activities
